overall, I'd recommend living at the hub. It has out of this world amenities such as roof top pools, a spa, and a gym. If you're willing to pay the reasonably-high rent, it's worth the price. There are a few things to be wary of though. First off, the crowd that the hub draws in are loud and disrespectful. Almost every day there are waves of people storming down my hallway ripping down exit signs, punching holes in the walls etc. What's sad is that this place will turn into a trap house if people keep treating it this way. Another thing to be aware of is that the staff are not very good at answering questions or solving issues. A friend of mine requested a window to be replaced the first day of move in and is still waiting. However, they have gotten better at entertaining their residents by frequent give-aways and contests, which is nice.
